USR X2 problem

I thought I would share this with the list. We had a user who was using a
USR X2 modem to connect to our 33.6 modems. After about 20 to 40 minutes
of surfing, he was unable to go anywhere until he rebooted his computer.
His problem was solved by setting S15=128 in the init string.
