Hmmm....

I seem to recall reading/seeing somewhere that in order to get the !root
password you must have a terminal hooked up and call Livingston Support. I
think the article said they will give you a number combination that will
let you have !root. Once there you can reset any of the parameters. But
you must be connected to the admin terminal (laptop,dumb terminal, etc)

Of course, what you could do since its a repo, is have your attorney
threaten a computer crime prosecution... 30yrs in jail(?)... Might be
faster...
