I think they mean how to route two IP's their customer. That is easy to
do with radius.

User-Service-Type = Framed-User,

Framed-Address = x.x.x.x, (The first static IP)
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Filter-Id = "ppp",
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-Route = "y.y.y.y x.x.x.x 1" (Y is the second static IP)
That radius entry would route two IP's to the customer, x.x.x.x and
y.y.y.y. If you didn't want to do that, you could always assign the user
a subnet (ie... 6 host subnet).
