ISDN on Channelized T1?

Has anyone gotten ISDN to work on Channelized T1 into a PM3 with ComOS
3.5.1b7?

If so, how do you set it up?

I can dial up with a Zyxel TA128U into the PM3. It connects, and then
gives a "Cannot establish the Network protocol" error. The same modem
connects perfectly to BellAtlanticnet.
