If only ComOS had a way of reporting CIR's like Ciscos:

router0.gallup>show frame-relay map
Serial0.17 (up): point-to-point dlci, dlci 17(0x11,0x410), BW = 28000
status defined, active
..and so on..

No, the CIR is the guaranteed speed - a lot of the time you can get the
full bandwidth of the circuit though (we always do out here).
