Answers:
1 - It looks like the IP address of the ethernet interface is
198.209.196.201. You can verify this by using the ('show ether0') or the
('ifconfig') commands.
You also have your "default host" and your "loghost" pointing to this
address which is wrong if 198.209.196.201 is the ether0 ip of the
PortMaster. I would point "default host" to a UNIX host if you are
offering shell accounts, and point "loghost" to a machine running syslogd
(UNIX/MS).
2 - For some reason your routing table does not show a default route which
is the route of last resort. Any packets not matching a route in the
routing table is sent to this destination.
When you use the following command:
set gateway 204.185.82.254
you should see a similar entry when you use the ('show route') command.

3 - In your routing table I saw no PTP interface that I would expect to see
over a wan connection using the W1 port.
