Probably means it's time to go buy a switch. Do a "sh in e0" and then do
(collisions/packets output)*100=N% collisions. i.e.

289008773 packets output, 1321337025 bytes, 6 underruns
90 output errors, 5240858 collisions, 10 interface resets, 0 restarts

(5240858/289008773)*100=1.81300

So with fdt-gw on it's own switch port, collisions are at 1.8%. With our
PM2ei on a switch port shared between itself and a few other term servers
and routers, it's down from 15-20% on nse[1] to 2.88% on
sse[2].

[1] non-switched ethernet
[2] somewhat switched ethernet...what happens when you can't afford enough
switch ports for each device to get its very own
