VPN (or similar) on a PM-3??????

Greetings to the list,
I have a customer who has a Centrexed ISDN connection to me and my =
PM-3. This same customer would like to get 2 additional normal dialup =
accounts that allow his folks to remotely access his LAN (the same LAN =
that has a dedicated ISDN connection to my PM-3). Is it possible to have =
his users dialin to my PM-3 (the same one that has his ISDN connection =
on it), and securely connect accross PM-3 to his LAN (ISDN conn.)? Sort =
of a mini-VPN.
