This is me, retracting what I said about rfe@livingston.com. Silly
me, that's an internal alias... if I had been thinking, I would have
remembered that.

The whole point of sending RFE requests to support is so that we in
support can determine if, in fact, the request is for something we
either already do, can do in some other way, or don't plan on ever
doing for whatever reason. Then the ones that can't be resolved out
of band go on to Eng.

So, on behalf of those folks internally who have (figuratively; we
don't have a corporal punishment policy here :) slapped me around for
pointing y'all at it: please don't... send 'em to support.

We now return you to our regularly scheduled programming, already in
progress.
