Once upon a time jp@sugar.midcoast.com shaped the electrons to say...
>Looking at
>"ftp://ftp.livingston.com/pub/le/upgrades/release351b20.txt"
>it says that BGP functionality is here.
>
>Though 3.5.1b20 is beta, is the BGP functionality "ready for use" now?
>(but not yet part of a regular release of ComOS?)

It has been extensively tested and to my knowledge has no outstanding issues
at this time. It has been public on the IRX since b17 and now is on the
PM-3 as of b20.

It will not be on the other products:
1. The PM-2 line and PM-25 are not architected to handle the processing for
BGP *and* run all the serial ports.
2. The OR has only 1MB RAM.

BGP will be IRX and PM-3 only - well, and potential future products where
it makes sense.

We'd love to have people beat on it.
