Problem: Source Route Failed

Hi,

We are having a problem reaching a few domains (sirius.com and best.com
at least). Nothing at all will connect (http, telnet, mail, ping,
etc.). I contacted someone at sirius and he was kind enough to send me
some traceroutes from various domains. In all the domains that do not
work the packets are being dropped in our router (a Livingston
PM2eR-30). After getting this information I also noticed in our system
logs messages like this whenever trying to connect to one of these
domains:

Jul 8 22:23:49 greynet kernel: ICMP: 205.134.224.1: Source Route Failed.

We have the option compiled into our linux kernel to drop "Source routed
frames" is this what is causing our problems with these domains? If
this is the problem is it ok to allow source routed frames ... or would
this be a major security problem?

Any help appreciated please CC answers to me as well as posting to the
list so that I don't miss them. Sorry if this is off topic!
