Big Problems with pm3_3.5.1b20!

We upgraded from ComOS 3.5.1b17 to b20 on our PM3's and at first everything
seemed to be working alright. Now, it's a steady stream of complaints from
just about all our users, that they have to attempt to connect 3 or 4 times
before actually getting a stable connection. I have witnessed it myself
with a few different modems that were working flawlessly on b17.
Problem: I lost the b17 data and Livingston has it hidden under a
non-standard filename in the beta directory. Could someone from Livingston
PLEASE give the filename so I can get my PM3's working correctly. Either
that, or give me some idea why they are doing this, and a work-around....
