I hope you mean 3.5.1Rb20 and not 3.5.1b20.

If the upgrade failed but it didn't reboot, you can try again.
If it did reboot, did it come back up on the net? If so, try again.
If not, hook up a terminal to S0. Can you talk to the box? Or is it showing
'RARP requests' on the console screen?
If it is doing the latter, or if it is in a state where you cannot get it
to talk to you, you need to do a netboot. Netbooting instructions are
available on the website, and in the config guide.
