I'm not sure it is possible for us to accept an assigned IP. After all,
we already HAVE an IP address - ether0. That is the identity of the unit.

Completely off the top of my head - MAYBE setting the Local-IP-Addr in the
location table to something like 255.255.255.254 or 255.255.255.255 MIGHT
work. But that's just off the top of my head, I've not heard of it done.
