Ever have one of those days?

Here's the situation. Just got of the phone after a 3 hr
conversation with my boss who wants to implement Quality Of Service
for our customers. Ie: You pay us more money, we give you a higher
priority going through the great packet trasher in the sky. This is
all fine and dandy. Any one have the faintest clue as to how I can
pull this off? We've got 3 pm2e30s connected to an ether hub,
connected to a Cisco 4000 (running 11.2, but I'll run anything, even
apple sauce if I can solve this problem :)). The egress is a Ether
port on the 4000 connected to another 4000, which is not in my
control.

Anyone have a magic incantation?

Dale
