PM2 ISDN->Ascend slow

Livingston PortMaster PM-2 ComOS 3.5.1b17 with 16Mb RAM and 5-port ISDN
card with OSPF. Problem: I have 4 users of Ascend equipment (2 * P-75, 2
* P-50) experiencing a severe slowdown in HTTP traffic via the PM2.

The P-75s are at revs:
Software +5.0A+
Software +5.0Ap10+

One P-50 is at rev:
Software +4.6C+

The HTTP traffic appears to be very snappy immediately after a reboot of
the PM-2. However after about 1 day the traffic slows down dramatically.
Resetting the Ascends does not make any difference.

I've tried everything I can think of. I checked every config parameter
possible on the Pipelines with no success. I even re-flashed the PM2.
I know its not a problem on the LAN side, as its all switched ethernet
and performance is very good.

I'm running out of options - Help Please!
