Slow FTP from livingston site

Is anyone having problems getting files from the livingston web site ??? I
have been trying
since Saturday to get the pm console for windows (PMW3514.EXE) but it is
taking forever - the most that
I can get is 300 bytes/sec from a network connection. If anyone on the list
have a copy of PMW3514.EXE please e-mail me a copy.
