No, that's Netscape's problem actually. There is no way to 'kcik off' the FTP
portion. NS treats HTTP and FTP pretty much the same, and it keys off of
MIME headers (available in HTTP, not FTP) and file suffix to know what to
do with it. And it's default behavior is 'display the file'. Since it
does not recognize something like 'pm3_3.5.1b20' it just displays it. Even
if you go directly to the FTP site, not going through the web at all, it will
display it.
Use the right mouse button and say 'save this link as' and you can force it to
save to a file.
