Yes you are correct. With all the phone line configuration running through
my head I missed that simple fact.

One thing I wanted to see was if I could get an X2 to give a connect rate
close to what a normal modem could give.
i.e. 33.6 the one we've been playing around with always seems to be limited
to 28.8 and nothing higher.

Sherwood straightened me out with the phone line problems, I did put the x2
on a BRI "B" channel and saw a higher connect rate, but not very stable and
not even 33.6 over time.
