BRI-based K56flex

I know the USR I-modems will do X2 - but are there any K56flex
implementations that will use BRI's? I had my hopes up that
the Zyxel Elite 2864I would do host-mode K56flex but if I read
their homepage right it looks like they only do client-side 56k
which to me seems pretty pointless - why would you want to
do K56flex client-side analog on a BRI?

I've looked up and down the list of K56flex manufacturers
and it appears that K56flex is a PRI/CT1 technology exclusively.

Maybe one of the maxen does handle BRI but I have no interest
in Ascend at this point - at least since I think you basically can't
buy a max without getting CT1 ports as well - even if you don't
use them.

Ideally I'd like an ISDN TA that would behave like an I-modem
but with dual DTE ports (similar to a Zyxel Omni 128) and K56flex
host-side support rather than X2.
