Yes and no. Since HTTPD can run on any socket, you have to know which
socket they are running their server on. And, of course, they could move it.
And you can let traffic through to 80 and 443 for them to browse - but that
will stop them from seeing any sites not on the standard ports. And I see
a number of them in my travels.
