We have several things causing the PM's to be not $3k
1. Dollar exchange rate. approx AU$0.76 = US $1.00
2. Import duties
3. Sales Tax.
4. Local Distrubutors mark-up (on wholesale from Livingston)
5. Smaller population = less sales = higher overheads for distributor.
