About 1:20 or so today, our PM3 dropped all customers from the modem
pools. Users dialed back up, and were dropped again fairly quickly. About
4 minutes later, the PM3's PRI phone number was busy. We tried dialing it
again, and then something picked up but it sounded like noise. Sort of
like a modem trying to pick up, but without the connect tones. Tried
dialing it one more time, and it was busy once more.
I did a 'show modems', and every single of of them was in No-Service
state.
I rebooted the PM3, and everything seemed to work again.
Anyone have any ideas?
