One user is able to login to any other service provider just 1 exchange
away from mine. (ie in the City) (The link between my exchange and the
city exchange is a *major* one.....unlikely to be faulty).

I'm thinking that my portmaster could have something to do with it. I
sent an email to support the other day about my pm's memory usage (I'll
forward it on). Seems very weird that all the memory in it is nearly
used, with no options (like SNMP, OSPF etc) set!!! As I said in my original
message, my modem is disconnecting because its not able to send the
information (to the portmaster or remote modem, I don't know).
