port W1 terminated - User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request

I have got my ISDN link dropping constantly.

The W1 port is connected to a Phillips TA Multi (128k ISDN). When the
link dies, I get the following message in the syslog:

Apr 20 12:58:07 pm1 portmaster: port W1 terminated - User Error - PPP NCP
Active to Request

However, the Phillips TA does not drop the link.

This is the config on my W1 port:

----------------------- Current Status - Port W1 -------------------

Now, the output is of a concern as well, as this is an 64k ISDN line and I
am positive it is very hard to put 500mb down a 64k line in 50 mins.

This is a problem as I am getting W1 uptimes of only a couple of miniutes.

Ideas?

Regards,

Mikel
