5-BRI Problem

Greetings.

I have an ISDN Office Router at home and a fully-loaded PM-2 ISDN at work.
I am finding it increasingly difficult to connect to the PM for unknown
reasons, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out.

First thing I've noticed: From 'show all'... Notice that the byte counts
are all ZERO and that the port speed somehow went to 56000 instead of
64000. When I try to force a connection, the S1 or S2 light goes on for a
second and then goes out immediately. The NT-1 light is solid on.

S1 56000 on Netwrk CONNECTING 0 0
0
S2 56000 on Netwrk CONNECTING 0 0
0

Now, doing an ATTACH S1 and manually dialing, check this out:

Connected - Escape character is '^]'.
ATDTxxxxxx
Dialing...

Call Terminated - Normal Clearing (16)

NO CARRIER

The Portmaster at work has 12 B-Channels open right now (of 30 total);
there's no reason the call shouldn't go through. Both my OR and the ISDN PM
are running ComOS 3.5.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I suspect that this is a
telco trunking problem, as I'm in USWest territory, but I'm curious to find
out if anyone else has this problem, especially in the metropolitan Seattle
area.

Thanks,

Jared
