My name is Fernando Martin. The Enterprise is Interlinea2000.
We have two ORs.
We want to connect a PC that is on a network with a OR to a NOvell 4.1
Server that is on a remote network connected to another OR.
So I want to enabled IP and IPX .
I know that IPX is not the best solution but :

I have in both ORs the same configuration:
IP/IP enabled
Default routing ON
........
I have defined the user table and the location table.
All work properly with IP but not with IPX.
I have IPx enabled in both OR and DEfault routing set ON.
Also I have configurated the user and location with IPX= 000f3 ( the
interface) and IP and IPX.
Questions:
1- when I start my PC novell client the OR does not call. Why?
What client novell do I need , is win95 right? Any special configuration,
IPx network...?
(Take in mind that it work properly with ip)
2- How could I see if the user and location have IPX enabled? By telnet I
can not see it ???
I think teh problem is that IPX paquects do not flow through ORs
3- The iPX network must be diferent on each network ?
4- Do you know if anyone has this system working ( connect a Novell Client
PC through OR to a NOvell server 4.1)?
I think the IPX connection could be very slow, but I need to try it.
