Missing accounting records with MPPP.

Hello,

We run a PM3 with one PRI line (two as soon as the losers^H^H^H^H^H^H
technicians of the phone company can get the 2nd line into operation) and
we do _not_ allow Multilink PPP, eg /etc/raddb/users has Port-Limit = 1
for all users.

However we have some w95 users that try to make a 128K connection regardless
(probably without them even knowing it but that's another story). Ofcourse
that fails, but a lot of times an accounting record is sent by the portmaster
anyway, and one finds 2 Accounting-Start records in the "detail" file.
The 2nd Accounting-Start record should never have been sent, or at least
should be followed directly by an Accounting-Stop record. If you check
on the portmaster the 2nd line is indeed idle as it can be.

This happens all the time and is getting annoying as it seems that the
user a) is logged in 2 times and b) never logs out.

We run ComOS 3.5c2. Please pass this information to R&D.
