I get files almost twice as fast trans-atlantic than I do from
ftp.livingston.com, yet you are saying it's our connectivity.. Yep, I can
see the logic.

PS - 7.89kB/s?? WOW! That is the single fastest speed I have ever gotten
from the Livingston FTP site.. My average speed is between 1.0kB/s to
2.0kB/s..

PPS - These FTP's were done in the order they were listed, one right after
the other, just to see how fast Livingston was compared to other sites I
visit..
