It is a 95% certainty that he/she does NOT have dns set up right.
Have you walked thru with them to make sure they have the settings they
are supposed to have? Sit down to a WORKING win 95 machine and go thru the
tcpip setup with them and remember that anything set up under
networking/tcpip overrides any settings in the specific CONNECTION setting
for that dial-up service.
