I just, less than a week ago, installed a PM-3. I've been watching the
group and thought I'd join in.
I'm running 2 channelized T-1s and they both look real good (totally error
free on the T-carriers and I've yet to test each channel separately). I get
a 24000 connect rate from my computer room test bed and so far have only
seen one 26000 connect. I know I've got good carrier and I'm on the same
cable run to the switch so I'm a little dissappointed.
Now from home (5 miles driving distance, could be 50 miles of cable, who
knows) I get 19.2 or below consistently. I've seen once or twice that it
jumped wayyyy up to 21kb.
At first I thought I had crummy T-lines but after putting USwest thru hoops
and reading this list, I guess not.
Well, count me in...I am quite confident though that the LIvingston folks
will fix this. I sure that they've had problems before and have come thru...
