Route problem ?

O.K. this is driving me nuts...

One of our dedicated dial-up clients is coming in via a Linux box on a
analog line.

He can get out to the web with no problems

He can browse his web site (on the Linux) and so can we. On the same
network obviously.

Problem is you can't see the site from the world. Requests just time out.

Filters are clean for his IP on the core router and a host route is
established in the PM3 for his connection. Obviously since he can get out.

He says that no filters are in place on his end, but what else could I be
missing ? We have numerous accounts like this. This may be the first with
a Linux box but I can't help thinking I missed something obvious.
