Users are being knocked off way too often, usually after 15 minutes or
so, although the problems varies widely from user to user, with some
people experiencing no problems at all.
The PM is attached to a Microcom ISPorte with 33.6 modem cards. This is
attached to an AT&T digital exchange, which is in the same room. This is a
new location for us, and we have never used microcoms before, usually
using zyxels with no problems. Our other Pm's are working just fine.
I have heard tell of a problem with PBX's not being sync'ed properly with
the exchange from the telco, and we are trying to get AT&T to work on
that, but they claim it must be the modems. Microcom, of course, claims
it is the exchange, which leaves us in the dark.
