connect okay.

the PM recieved FROM the isdn switch a call disconnect. Either the telco
switch or the Pipeline requested that the call terminate.

Can't tell what happen to the connection from the ASCEND side.
The debug doesn't sho what happen to the isdn port, whither it recieved a
disconnect from the switch, or if it reset the isdn port.
