MLPPP w/o hunt groups via location table

Question #1:

I have a OR-U connecting to a 5-BRI card in a PM2E. I've up a location as
follows:

add loc foo
set loc foo destination 1.2.3.4
set loc foo manual
set loc foo protocol ppp
set loc foo netmask 255.255.255.0
set loc foo routing off
set loc foo group 2
set loc foo maxports 1
set loc foo user foobar
set loc foo password whatever
set loc foo telephone 555-1212

The problem I'm having is that the BRI (NI-1) is provisioned with two
seperate DNs, and the telco was kind enough to say that they can't put the
lines into a hunt group. Hence, I get the following:

set debug isdn on
dial foo
S1: Sending Call Request - 555-1212
S1: Received Call Sent
S1: Received Connect - B1
dial foo
S2: Sending Call Request - 555-1212
S2: Received Call Sent
S2: Received Disconnect User Busy
S2: Received Call Clear

What I need, is a way to have it dial 555-1213. Since I can't do MLPPP
from two seperate location tables, what do I do? I can kludge my way in,
but I hate it:

set loc foo telephone 555-1212
dial foo
set loc foo telephone 555-1213
dial foo

That works, of course, but I want to run this continuous. So, I'm looking
for a better solution.

Question #2:

Let's assume that the telco is full of shit, and they can indeed setup a
hunt group, at least within the BRI. How would I set the location to open
both channels all the time?
