You are forgetting the weekly saunas and golf weekends by the
CEOs. 'Hey pal old buddy. Before you put that one, do you think you
can push that T3 up the list a bit?'

Saying that telcos do not favor their ISPs is either very smart, or very
naive. But, there might be an interesting side here. I sometimes wonder if
telcos even _care_ if their ISP does well or not. As long as a customer
is online, no matter where, money flows in. They might be using their
ISPs solely to advertise Internet and hype it up.
