Hi Brian,

Just a shot in the dark...
Both of those are extraordinarily large downloads.
Do the dropped users have an "idle timeout" set in DUN?
There was a problem that only making connections counted
as "not idle"; a connected socket passing data would be
considered idle! Don't know if this is still a problem, but if
you run out of other ideas, it might be worth checking.
