I knew there was a magic HTTP header for naming files for download. It is
only an experimental header (expired at that) but NS honors it. Have to test
the rest, but since NS is the most commonly used browser for dl's so far,
that is a good start.
Hopefully this will remove some of the ongoing confusion from the RADIUS 2.0
source download.
