Is it true that there is a bug of some sort in pm2e 30's that in running
at 115200 there is some trouble with drop-offs (especially when the
pormaster gets towards the full side)? This "fact" has been brought to my
attention but I would like some verification on this issue. It seems as
if this is appears when a person is downloading data for a long period of
time (such as possibly the large version of Netscape). Information in
regards to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
