Frame Relay Setup

I need some assistance in setting up a particular frame relay
configuration. I will describe what I have and want to accomplish.

I have an IRX-114 at location-a. I have an PM2ER at location-b and an
OR-HS at location-c.

The telco has installed a frame-relay connection with local loops to each
location. Two bi-directional pvc's were configured as follows:
location-a to location-b and location-b to location-c. Specifically note
that there is no pvc from location-a to location-c.

How do I configure each of the three devices such that location-c and
location-b can access the internet (via location-a). Additionally,
location-b and location-c should be able to address each other. It is also
my intention that location-c local ethernet be a subnet of location-b's
class-c local ethernet.

I am looking for the specific settings to make in each of the three
routers to accomplish the above.

Thanks for the assistance.
Bob
