i have a user that is haing problems accessing our pop server. she is
coing into a pm2e and where i do a ping on her ip from a remote machine i
get the following:

there is no activity from here when i am seeing this.it
continues.....down to 300ms....up to ~1200, then back down. sure looks
like somthing funky with the routing, but i have noidea what.
any thoughts?
