ISP Software?

I know this is off subject for this group, if any knows of a more appropriate
list please let me know. What I would like to know is if there is any descent
shareware software out there that an ISP, like myself, can distribute to their
customers. I have been using a setup with trumpet winsock and it really sucks
almost every user that sets it up has to call me and have me walk them through
getting it going. I believe the main problem is the trumpet winsock. What are
the allternatives.
