We don't sell wireless gear, and don't plan to. Also, as you said, you
wouldn't need a router - so we're out of the loop.
Just a point of fact: A friend of mine is the sysop for DFCI - they have a
wireless line of sight link to Harvard.
Works great.
Unless they get a good old Nor'Easter or a good snow storm, goddess forbid a
blizzard. And thunderstorms are hell.
The precipitation degrades the signal so that they lose their link until the
storm passes.
He loves to bitch about how silly it is to not have a landline when they
are both in Boston and there are cables everywhere...
