I recently stated that default route broadcast/listed only affects ether0.
I found that it toggles broadcast and/or listen on any interface with
RIP enabled appropriately. ie, if default route is broadcast, any interface
with RIP broadcast enabled will let it out, any interface without
broadcast on will not.
