It *could* be that you are out of room in FLASH. There isn't a great way
to tell... Try 'set console' 'set debug 0x72' then do 'save all'. It
should report any problems writing to FLASH.

If you have the settings saved, you could 'set register 0xffff 0x0102' to
wipe the setting area of FLASH clean. Then try rewriting it.
