This is built into Merit Radius I believe.

Both of these require the client side (ComOS in this case) to accept and
use those fields. We have not yet implimented them in ComOS, so there is
no way to do this with Radius today. Unless you want to write host side
scripts that will go out and reset the port when time is up, but that's
just a kludge workaround until they are supported.
>4) Restrict authentication to *users* only, never refer to /etc/passwd
Just never et a user to have "UNIX" as a password. (I think Merit Radius
has a different keyword, "Unix-PW" or something like that.)
