Has anybody ever actually tried compiling radiusd under NT? - i.e.,
does it even _need_ porting?

How about it you NT fanatics. Is there anyone among you who can raise
his hand and say "I tried it, and it doesn't work, so radiusd needs
porting to run under NT"?

What's wrong with NT?  Well, or one thing it doesn't run radiusd ...
