There's a product called LongLink which I've used (I forget the
manufacturer's name, sorry -- but look in any computer supplies catalog,
you'll know it when you see it). They work great! Any equivalent product
will work as well.

I've never run them at 57.6K, though, but don't see a problem with it. I
don't believe there's any baud restrictions, AFAIK they're just voltage
boosters...
