Accounting Control

Not wanting to re-invent the wheel I put the following up for discussion:

Background: PM2E-30/3.1.2, radius 1.16 w/SCP patch. I have a script that
generates the users file for radius from my /etc/passwd file giving all
users the SCP or shell choice and all accounts use UNIX password. The
users file is re-generated twice a day via cron. Running linux on a i486.
All of this works great.

Problem: The powers that be (and sign my checks) want to have all
accounts expire automatically, send warning e-mail, restrict access to
both shell and ip accounts to e-mail once expired, automatically delete
accounts X days after expiration. A single text file editable by a
secratary with the account names and expiration dates should control the
whole thing.

If anyone has anything resembling this PLEASE let me know. Also must be
either written for or easily ported to linux.
