Inter-SLIP users

Last weekend, we upgraded from a multi-port serial card to a portmaster
2e, and it's a great product. Everything seems to work well, but some of
our MAC users are now having problems connecting, on an intermittent basis.

They're using Inter-SLIP for the MAC, and their chat script is set to
Northwest Nexus. Sometimes they get on OK, but other times they time out
with a "waiting for login prompt" error. It's a little curious, because
the we didn't change the login prompt when we changed over. The question
is, is there a better chat script to use, or is the problem something
else. As I mentioned, they don't *always* have this problem, just more
often than not.

Thanks in advance!
